From Post Falls, I90, 395, 97. Get a reservation for Tumalo State Park, 22 west from Bend, follow that thru Salem and on to the coast. 101 south. As an alternative to avoid the Lincoln City fiasco, 99W about 9 miles west of Salem to Corvallis and then cut west. As an alternative to that 126 west to Florende, or I5 down to Drain and take 38 to Reedsport. If your preference is to see the coast, then I would ceoss thru Salem. That gets lots of coast driving. If you in a hurry to get to CoosBay, then the 38 route is the best.
