Anchorage is generally pretty RV friendly. We just parked our truck and trailer on the street a couple of blocks from Simon and Seafort's Grill (we were on 7th at about K St) and virtually no one else was parked near us. It was on a Sunday and we were there several hours as we were celebrating our anniversary with dinner at our favorite Anchorage restaurant. There were plenty of empty parking lots in the vicinity too, but those would undoubtedly have been full on a weekday.
