Safety while stopping overnight to get some sleep

I've read about folks stopping overnight at Cracker Barrels, Walmart, rest areas, truck stops, etc. to get some sleep before continuing on their journey. Which of these would be the safest and most s...

All the truck stops in West Memphis have armed guards in them....that should tell you something about the area.
