And - no, I'm not getting info about these services from Wikipeida and Google, - this wouldn't work in a country where system works differently depending on where and who you're dealing with. I have a feeling that you haven't been to Baja - not hospitalized, and not inside or near IMSS or public hospital anywhere between Tijuana and Cabo.
