For those unfamiliar, the Canadian Hockey League is for kids to play in before trying to make it to the NHL. One section consists of teams based in the US, Washington and Oregon, though the majority of the kids are from Canada.

Been attending for over 25 years here. And I'm pleased to say that prior to the start our US fans sing Oh Canada just like they do the Star Spangled Banner. More than once we've finished the job when our cruddy microphone bags it.

I spent 18 months in the USAF doing Air Sea rescue out of Canada. If I did not live in the USA Canada would no doubt be my next choice no questions asked.
