No toll north bound.

No toll collected south bound, no toll collectors, you don't stop and you can't pay. But you will pay one way or another via: prepay, post pay, online, phone call and CC (I think), billed, Fast Trak or collection agent. Google your options.

My advice is to wait a few days look up your bill and pay it. Waiting an extended time for a bill to arrive may involve extra charges.

Ditto with Ca Travler. I too have taken 19th during the day heading north with a 36' and toad. If not, his other route works as well..

I've taken 19th Ave midday through SF many times with no issues.
