I, like the others, would take I-81 over I-95 any day with an RV. Baltimore, DC, and NYC are not fun driving even in a car.
If you have some extra time, you might want to swing a little bit into Pennsylvania and stop at Knoebels and/or HersheyPark. Both have excellent coasters (as you're probably well aware), and both have campgrounds associated with them. I think I'd have to say the Phoenix at Knoebels is my #1 favorite roller coaster of those I've ridden on thus far.
