Planning a trip on I-90 in July. How are road conditions on I-90 from Seattle to Buffalo, Wyoming?

Delays for construction in Snoqualmie pass. Poor road surfaces in a number of areas, especially mountains of Washington. Otherwise a busy but usable route. After Bozeman the mountain driving is very benign.
