I know the Nationals flock to beaches for Easter week; is there a part of Mexico that doesn't get busy that week?

Inland hotels are not crowded during Easter because locals don't stay in hotels - they are locals. But, like Mex said, it's still a holiday and people go out - locally - if they can't travel to the beach. Comments on bus/hotel scenario make sense too. Can be cheaper and more comfortable than RV-ing - near big urban centers it usually is.
