"While talking with a Customer Rep at Shaw Direct satellite to set up an appointment to Upgrade the dish with the new LNB for programming from their 3rd satellite (here in Canada) he informed me that the Home Away From Home has been cancelled.
In order to maintain a secondary service (cabin, vacation home, etc) you must designate a primary account and a secondary account. The secondary account will be billed at 50% of your monthly billing on your primary account; if you do not need the secondary account you can put on a vacation stop and bill would be $0.00 . The primary account will stay active unless you are using neither.
There was no extra billing for the HAFH up to now."
