And the confusion continues.
I first heard this nasty Shaw Direct rumor last Monday when a WineGard rep called the RV store I work at during the summer and told them. Later that day I called Shaw Direct and they confirmed the rumor. In fact the first rep I talked to told me that Shaw had (note the past tense) changed their foot print. We full time in our coach and we summer in southern Ontario where we get more Canadian TV then we can watch.I had already put our Shaw on a Vacation Stop for the summer. The Shaw rep explained that when we came back on in October there would be nothing to watch a few hours south of the Canada/US border. He transferred me to someone in "closure" ( I'm sure that's what he called it) who confirmed what I was told by the first rep and he helped me close my account. When I read Gadget Guy's post on Thursday I emailed Shaw to clear up the confusion but so far have not heard a word. I'm beginning to think perhaps they too are a bit confused. Either way, I look forward to their response
