And since I'm sitting here waiting for somebody that hasn't shown up yet, I'll give you some more options if you really hate going into the Bay Area. All the surrounding commuter airports fly commercial service into SFO. Sonoma Airport, Modesto Airport, Fresno, Monterey, Sacramento, Stockton, just to name a few. If your wife has already purchased her ticket it may be more expensive to add this ticket in now, but if she hasn't bought tickets yet sometimes it's not real expensive to add one of these commuter airports as your departure location. If you wanted to do that, I'd suggest Charles Shultz Airport in Sonoma. Only because there's lot of RV parks up that way and it's a very nice area. You just drop her at the airport and it's a 20 minute flight to SFO.
