Yes indeed... Should anyone at some point be doing a search for this. It is a good 2 lane with shoulders and 4 lane as you get close to Silver City. A little rough in places at the Lordsburg end.
No notes in my mountain directory (maybe because its not a truck route?) so don't know how significant the hills are but south to north you're pretty much climbing all the way. A steady ascent over several miles after leaving Lordsburg, then another short, relatively steep ascent coming up to Silver City that slowed me down pretty good because it was just after a curve.
Only reason I can figure its not shown as a truck route is the entry at Lordsburg involves a tight curve to a viaduct under the railroad with 13' 8" clearance. I can see where they wouldn't want a parade of semi's through that.
