Checked with our credit union and was advised they don't charge a coversion fee, and they have no problems with their debit/ credit card being used anywhere internationally, as it's through MasterCard. DWs credit card charges 3%. Figure I'll exchange some cash as soon as I cross the border.
Do provincial park CGs and commercial CGs both take credit cards? I'm assuming there are places which don't and plan to have enough cash.
Appreciate the tip on airplane mode for the mobile units. Hadn't though of it.
Figured we'd clear the food out prior to crossing borders, just in case. Are external fuel cans a problem? Didn't see any mention of it on the gov. website, but thought I'd ask...
