Don't know about the route, but if you haven't been to Sam A Baker State Park in Patterson, MO, it's worth a stop. Note: limited cell service. Have to drive a couple of miles to make calls. They do have a pay phone and our Wilson Sleek booster worked great. US 60 and US63 are good roads.
