We'll be heading back home to AZ this summer after a trip to Colorado Springs and are considering taking Co hwy 160 west from I-25 to Durango for a more scenic route than I-40 west. Any info on Hwy 1...

I live in South Fork, a hundred RVs come by on 160 every day all summer. The only real concern on 160 is Wolf Creek Pass, take it easy going down the west side. The other issue to be aware of, are the many speed traps along 160 when the 65mph suddenly drops to 40 or 30 going through each little town.
