and timing is everything driving in the mountains. although we've had weeks of sunny 60-70 degree days this spring, last night we had a foot of snow up on Wolf Creek Pass; it will be all gone 4 hours after sunrise, but the folks who went over the pass last night wished they were elsewhere.
