Southern Idaho and Wyoming Ideas

We are currently in Reno Nevad. I am looking for ideas of places to visit and interesting routes in northern Utah, southern Idaho and Wisconsin.We are going to be in West Wendover KOA for this weekend. I know this is a huge area but I find I have 7 or 8 extra days to burn in this general area before heading east to Savanna Illinois for a family get together on August 6th. Because of the crowds I crossed Yellowstone off the list(I could be wrong though). I was thinking about Devils Tower in Wyoming, maybe a round about route getting there. We did Dinosaur, Flaming Gorge and the Badlands Lands last year. Again I realize this is a huge area but I really am not familiar with the interesting land and roads in this area. Oh... we like the state roads alot!!!!
