D&D I believe that Explore Net will be the ones supporting the Services ! Whether that is actually Shaw in Sheeps Clothing remains to be seen!
I'm also pretty confident that something entirely different is not to far down the pipe!
What it is and how it will work is open to conjecture! The biggest hurdle may be Governments wanting to suppress in order to keep a piece of the pie!
