If you get car sick easily or like to travel at or above the speed limit while towing you won't like this route much. It is certainly scenic though, especially in Autumn.
Traffic on 441 is a serious problem when you get into Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, but outside that area it's not too bad. In those areas people will be driving like idiots (worse than usual, if you can believe that), so try to minimize lane changes as much as possible. Few other drivers (if any) will allow you to change lanes easily, and many will think nothing at all of cutting in front of you and/or stopping suddenly with little to no warning - typical heavy tourist population behavior, but be forewarned that it's an issue all year 'round there...
