Suggested routes from Pensicola beach to Las Vegas

I 10 is as good as any. No big mountains. Once you get to NM you can work your way up to I 40 or work your way up to Socorro, NM and over to AZ . Going through Springerville, Show Low, Payson, Sedona, Flagstaff, AZ and then to GC. That's the way I like to go, been across there RVing and semi trucking more times than I can remember. You get to see some pretty country and it is not a bad drive at all.
