Propane is prohibited in the Baltimore tunnel. Take the Key Bridge. If you mistakenly head for the tunnel, there is an off ramp exit just before the tunnel entrance with Police standing by to wave you off onto said ramp. They stop you and check your license and then send you on your merry way to the bridge.
