Red Eagle, I really wanted to hijack your thread, but didn't. Where do all you folks go for summer trips, mountains, where, what towns? I really don't enjoy sitting in my rig when it's 100 deg outs...

If you try Lake City, Colorado, you'll feel like you're at home. A lot of folks from Texas seem to camp there during the summer. ANYWHERE in southwest Colorado is great to me. Durango/Pagosa Springs area, Ouray, Gunnison area, Buena Vista/Salida area,Glenwood Springs/Basalt area. Summers are not hot and you can't beat the beautiful scenery. Good luck with your choice.
