Taking Libres From Reynosa and Laredo (Pictures)

The last couple of months I have had to take trips to either Laredo or McAllen. All times I took the libres, sometimes with the travel trailer. The libres on both routes are in excellent condition. ...

Non-toll highways. Good question and I should have explained. These two highways to Monterrey or the interchange to Saltillo from Laredo and Reynosa practically run parallel to each other (toll and non-toll).
