My daughter and SIL will be coming west bound through Tehachapi via Hwy. 58 next weekend. According to the weather report there is a possibility of snow. She's now worried they'll get stuck somewher...

58 is a great road. Climb coming west is moderate. Seems like they get it plowed much quicker than they do the Graevine(5). As stated, you can wait in Mojave or there's several places at the summit in Tahachipi if they have to wait there.
