It gets better. I call the 01 800 number for telcel. I explain my problem to a person who speaks English. The connection is so bad I can hardly understand him. he switches me to customer service where I get a recording of someone who speaks so fast it is all a blur. Finally I hear: Press one for English. The voice says one moment please. Then I get an answer but this guy only speaks Spanish and does not understand either my Spanish or English. When I ask slowly in Spanish for a person who speaks English he hangs up!! I tried to register for miltelcel but they send you a text message with your password and how can they send a text message to my laptop or the modem????? So I registered my Telcel phone. But that does not help me with my Internet??? One thing has not changed in Mexico. Telmex can frustrate anyone!
