Thanks again Chris. I plugged in the modem and I am connected even though I have not bought any air time. I just did a speed test and it is 3.1mbps. My so called broadband is 800 to 850 on a good day. 500 on a bad day. I just played Bob Dylan on you tube and it did not stop!! The modem must come with some time?
