Depends.....
When I was in the NAVY it was the thing to do......carousing, drinking, adult entertainment, bull fights.
When I was older it was a great place to go bird hunting....white wing dove, quail in the milo and sesame seed fields. Socializing with the farmers, great cookouts.
Various trips down Baja Pennisula for the beach, relaxing and fresh fish feasts.
Then it got to be a hassle.......$$$ for hunting guides, crime/harrasment etc.
So I quit going.
The folks are great......very friendly, helpful unfortunately their country has been taken over much like USA.
Might venture back one day.....once we finish up traveling the USA
