For me, yes there is alot of the U.S. to see and visit and we are doing just that. Alot of people don't want to leave their comfort zone of traveling in the U.S. and thats OK.
Many of us leave the U.S. and head for Mexico because we want to find that perfect place to park the rv . That little restaurant that made that excellent food. That experience that they find, however big or small, that stays with them the rest of their lives. The people they meet.
I've lived in Europe and in Southeast Asia. We've traveled to over 23 different countries and the experiences I 've had are immeasurable. Mexico is one of those places I can visit and satisfy my curiosity about different places and people, experiences , adventures
(and food) and has the added benefit that I can take my rv.
