Is there a route from Pahrump Nevada that would end up on 395 in Ca? Around Bishop? And it needs to be motorhome friendly...

I've driven out of Death Valley on CA-190, imo it fails the "motorhome friendly" part of your request.
The climb out of Death Valley west is steep, very steep, not fun with my rig, I doubt it will be fun with yours.
