To Alaska by ferry from Washington State?
Does anyone know if it is possible to take a ferry from say Seattle to Alaska and by pass Canada altogether? I have a 2002 45 foot Foretravel Class A motorhome. Thanks for any info. Robt65

We have a 45' coach and on our last trip we went from Bellingham, WA, just north of Seattle to Juneau, got off for a week, and then back on the ferry to Haines. Still had to drive through Canada to Alaska. Our first trip there we ferried out of Prince Rupert, BC. On our next trip in a couple years we are looking into ferrying back to Bellingham directly from Alaska and will probably not stop in Juneau on the way north.
