Of course it is doable. You said you are willing to drive in shifts. If you don't care about comfort and safety, then driving 24/7 with alternate drivers sleeping in the bed, then you will be there in no time, leaving about 2 weeks to explore your destination.
But why? You will be missing so much in between, and you will be uncomfortable getting there and back. My advice, stop and smell the roses.
