Toronto to Lake George
We're planning a trip from Toronto to Lake George in August. We did it last year but want to take a little different route. We're thinking of crossing at 1,000 Islands Bridge then taking Interstate 81...

Last year we crossed at Ogdensburg then took 68 and 56 through Tupper Lake to Lake George. On the way home we took the route you suggested except for the Thousand Island Parkway. This year we were looking to stay at Swan Bay RV Park, then do the route I outlined above. We plan to visit Morrisburg on a future trip and explore the Thousand Islands Parkway.
