tourist card in Los Algodones
Can we get a tourist visa at the Los Algodones crossing? We know, we can return them there, but never purchased one at that location.

must be within 30 days of trip - I thought even getting it on line still requires you to get it stamped on the way through otherwise it is not valid.
We didn't see any Mexican border personnel in two visits to Algodones but there is a building there so maybe someone is around - Since when did you need it for SF? Never needed before.
- We have walked across at Algodones a few times just to go to the dentist. There do appear to be official type people in the office there but no idea what they do - they pay no attention to us as we walk across.

The form online asks where you will be crossing and Algodones is one of the options- We got our FMM at Algodones a couple of years ago. You just go into the building on right hand side wham crossing. Very quick and easy.
