We paid right on the office. Just have to be sure it gets stamped.

The form online asks where you will be crossing and Algodones is one of the options

We have walked across at Algodones a few times just to go to the dentist. There do appear to be official type people in the office there but no idea what they do - they pay no attention to us as we walk across.
