Toursaver book
we are debating getting this. we're not huge 'tour' people. My question is, if you bought this book, what were the best excursions you took using the book? (I'm trying to figureout if the 'top' 4-5...

We greatly enjoyed the boat rides out of Seward and Whittier, the rafting at Denali, and at Talkeetna the jet boat ride, the Flag Train, and the airplane ride around Mt. McKinley. Also did all the attractions offered in Fairbanks.
We did more than what I have listed above and enjoyed most of them. A complete listing of the ones we did is in my daily trip log posted in the website in my signature.
In our situation we really we didn't save any money with the TourSaver because we spent everything we had planned on for attractions and rides. What the book did for us was it allowed us to do twice as much as we has planned on.
It is a great value.
