trading in Alaska
I like to barter on places like Craigslist. Would there be any special items I may want to buy from the lower 48 to barter or trade?

- Your profile isn't complete with what type of RV you're driving. What you can do the best on are items that cost a lot to ship to
Alaska. I've had friends who have gone outside to buy a flat bed trailer they need, and then stack up three or four of them if they don't have anything to bring back on the trailer. Trailers are bulky, but not necessarily heavy, so they cost a lot to ship up here leaving some room to make a profit or at least pay for their trip.
