Travel on Hwy 220 between Casper, Wy and Highway 287
Can anyone tell me if there are any grade issues on this highway that would challenge a 1/2 ton pulling a 5th wheel?

We drove route 287 and 220 from Lander to Casper back in 2009 in our Class C. Don't recall any grades of significance on that entire route. Route 220 runs along the North Platte River and is essentially flat. You will pass Independence Rock on 220. There is a rest stop there and a short trail to see immigrant names from the Oregon Trail days still visible. Only a mile or so away is the Devil's Gate, another landmark in the Trail.
