traveler's medical insurance for eastern Canada

We used to use TUGO for travel to the U.S. My wife had a small claim for a minor medical issue a couple of years ago and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The only reason we no longer use them is that I am now eligible for a discounted plan through my former employer.
