Traveling I-10 West
Will be traveling from Florida to San Antonio TX. how is the interstate along panhandle thru bama and Louisiana into Texas on I-10

I-10 through Louisiana is one of the WORST roads in the country.
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Do NOT take I-10 through New Orleans. Do not take I-610 either. Avoid it all. Take I-12 around New Orleans if you MUST take I-10 across the state.
There have also been a bunch of random shootings on the I-10 in New Orleans. But, the bone-breaking pavement is even worse than being shot at.
