trip from North Florida to Niagara Falls

Thank you, Sjm9911. I guess we are wondering what is a good distance to travel each day, to not exhaust ourselves and leave room for stops, etc. Yes, as of now, the Canada side of the falls is closed to US. We are wanting to be outdoors most of the time, away from people. Still unsure if we'd visit Hershey park at all, or any theme parks, since we've avoided those in FL close to us since Covid (Despite annual passes), so not sure what else there is to do there otherwise. We will be avoiding restaurants and indoor eating as well, but glad to know about food there for future trips! Thank you!
