Most try for 300 or less a day, fulltimers who are in no hurry go for 200 or less. But This really depends on you, when we were limited to vacation periods we would often do 400-500 a day for the first few days until we go to our target area. Plus it sounds like you have multiple drivers which reduces the fatigue factor.
You need to plot out your stops and plan from there considering when you have to be back,
We did this trip years ago, Florida up to Niagara, we went thru west Pennsylvania into the finger lakes district. That was too far from the Fall actually. Then up thru New York state into VT/NH and to Acadia NP then worked our way down thru Boston and Lexington and down to DC. Like most we stayed at Cherry Hill in MD. They have shuttles to DC National Mall. Then down thru Hatteras, rode the Ferry over from VA. DC and Boston hot! It was July.
Better check the lockdown status of these states.
