Both are nice parks; Knoebels is more traditional and affordable and tends to have less waiting in line. Knoebels also has a campground literally right next to the park which allows one to walk to and from one's RV.
Watkin's Glen state park and Letchworth state park, both in New York, are wonderful places to see.
I'm from GA and I have to say that Watkin's Glenn SP was amazing, hiking along the Gorge Trail had breath taking views and was simply spectacular!
