While I've just visited these parks in a car, I can't think of many spots that can't be visited in a class C. There are a lot tourists, mainly from Europe, who tour these parks in rental Cs - without a toad. There are also a lot of tourists in these parks (again from Europe) who don't even have their own wheels (backpacking, staying in hostels etc).
Parking Banff town will be hard in an RV, but I didn't even try it in my car the last time through. But parking at spots further away shouldn't be a problem. I can't imagine problems getting to the parking lot for Johnstone Canyon, or Moraine Lake. Most stops along the Icefields Parkway are RV accessible.

What's the size of this Maligne Lake shuttle bus? It has 2 axles in back.
In Yoho, Emerald Lake is an easy side trip. Takakkaw Falls are tougher. There's a sign instructing vehicles longer than 7m (21ft) to backup (or down) the middle leg of a switchback.
