I stayed at the smaller 'tent' campground nearby a couple years ago. I drove by this campground but did not look at it.
Yes, daily fee is separate from the campground fee. I know often in state parks the campground fee covers any day use fee, but I think US Nat Parks also take the separate fee approach. With 13 days in mind, get the annual pass. And the family pass if there are 2 or more of you.
