Memito if you had a bad outlet and it was known in the park why wasn't it marked out of service? You can not blame someone who arrives and just happens to have the bad luck to use that site. You should at the very least have paid these people! Not good customer relations as far as I am concerned. I personally will not ever use your park or recommend it unless you do what your mother promised. No lawyer needed here!
Also you know who you are, always has to throw the U.S. under the bus every chance he gets, in the U.S. as far as I know everywhere you have to have permits for installing electrical and inspected. Doesn't mean you won't find a problem but I am sure you will find less than in Mexico. I have been at two start up RV parks (Mexico)in my time and have helped them with their electrical wiring and I can tell you the electrician they were using knew nothing about 50 volts or the correct outlet for a 30 volt RV hook up or the amps twenty outlets would pull. Further more there were no inspections.
