Meh, this is either a spammer, someone who is wholly clueless, or someone stretching their version of the truth they built in their head.
I mean it’s possible that someone is denied actual warranty incorrectly.
However betting there’s far more to this story or it’s simply a plea for sympathy.Same as any other rv mfg.

This is my brand new Lance 850 after 1 road trip. Lance authorized a band aid repair new ( TPO ) without addressing the underlying problem as to why the TPO was not adhering to the roof. The Lance warrantied repair failed and I spent 19,000 rebuilding the roof . While rebuilding the roof , it was discovered Lance neglected to insulate the ceiling above the bathroom. Lance refuses to provide any assistance .DONT BUY A LANCE !!!
my roof failed in the 1st year , Lance authorized a band aid fix , and I was forced to replace the roof with no help from lance.
Lance warranty is a joke , they do not stand behind their products at all
nothing to do with Lance's warenty, the same applies to all manufactures. the RV industry is largly unregulated, if you want to make a difference then lobby the goverment to regulate the RV industry.
