In another article this morning, Government officials once again said that prices at the retail level will be the same.
It was also mentioned that the wholesale buyers have infrastructure projects such as tank farms, that need to be completed at some point to take advantage of the freedom to buy from the US. And, as written into the new laws, it will be 2018 before prices will be free to change at the owner's discretion.
And no where was diesel ever specifically mentioned in any article I have read in the past couple days.
