US 20 from Corvallis to Newport, OR

Is the low clearance just on OR 99? I am planning to travel from Lebanon to Corvallis of OR 34 which joins OR 20 west of Corvallis. This intersection appears to be right at OR 99 but I don't think I will be traveling on OR 99 at all, hopefully. 12'9" could be a deal breaker for me so I better check it out before we head that way. Thanks for the info.

As Donn noted,the windy bit is, well narrow and windy. (to get the details on the fiasco that is the new construction go to here)

There is one narrow section under construction. Otherwise it is a fine road. Have towed over it numerous times with no problems.
