Pacific Shores is about 3 miles south of Beverly Beach and is beautiful! It's a little pricey but nice

OP has a 5th wheel ..... Pacific Shores is for Class A and Class C only.

South Beach (just over the bridge in Newport) has an excellent state park...equal to Beverly Beach. The Marina rv park (as mentioned above) is also a good place; however, no trees or anything else but a good view of the bay and the bridge. I've never seen this park full.

Seal Rock has a nice rv park overlooking the beach/ocean. North of Newport, theres a couple of rv parks in Depot Bay (Sea & Sand), and a small rv park (Fogarty Creek).

Consider Lincoln City north of Newport. Four come to mind: Devil's Lake state park, Premier RV park, Devil's Lake RV park & Sea & Sand. South Beach does not have FHU. How large are your rigs? Only Sea & Sand, Beverly Beach & South Beach have direct beach access.

Sawyers landing is about 5 miles up the bay. Right on the bay with nice views, good place to rent a boat and traps for crabbing.

Being into boats, fishing etc. I really enjoyed being at the Port park and watching all the activity as catches are brought in. Decent park with lots of view. Within easy walking distance from a fun restaurant and craft brewery on site. JMO

Thanks for all the tips, guys. The others want full hook ups so I think we'll shoot for the Port park. Not generally my idea of camping but being next to the brewery will make it tolerable. Rogue makes some pretty good brews.

The Port RV park is a nice parking lot. But lots of activity there with the fishing. And the sunsets over the bridge are to die for. Been there 3 times.

For the Port, make sure you get into the actual RV park and not into the "overflow area". Again, JMO
