I love this road. Not too steep anywhere. Plenty of places to pull off for a break/nap. Camping should be found in Winnemucca.
Don't know your driving habits/speeds, so would guesstimate about 7 hours pulling a trailer. Less than 6 hours in a car.
Remember this is open range country. Livestock has the right of way!
